When I started Norwood House, I wanted something I had always missed in traditional care settings: a place that felt like a home, run by someone who had actually sat at the bedside.
Twenty years in geriatric care taught me that the small things matter most: a hand to hold, a meal prepared with care, a quiet room with the right light.

A nurse-led plan, built around each resident.

Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, handled with patience and discretion.

Medication, nurse delegation, wound care, oxygen, hospice and post-hospital recovery.

Secured environment with wander-guard, alarmed doors, and gentle daily routines.
Therapies
Visiting physical, occupational, and respiratory therapy; visiting doctor and dental.

Restaurant-style meals, cultural cuisine options, flexible mealtimes.

24-hour supervision, awake overnight staff, emergency call buttons throughout.
